Jenson Then Ye Herng

I'm a year 2 sem 3 Bachelor of Information Systems (Honours) student, and majoring in Data Analytics at Sunway University.
 

My work experience includes a 3 months IT Support & Technician Internship at RS Techwin Sdn Bhd from May to August 2024, where I assisted with the installation and troubleshooting of systems like CCTV, access controls, barrier gates and alarm systems; wrote surveillance software and optimized AI technologies; supported project management via monitoring, documentation, and reporting also coordinated with operation teams and did ad-hoc tasks. Prior to that, I was working for Tuck Min Medical Hall Sdn Bhd as a TCM Pharmacy Assistant for June till August 2022, during which I carried out the preparation and packaging of herbal medicine, stock and inventory management, learned basic TCM fundamental concepts, and guided customers in product usage. 

My most relevant education is my Bachelor of Information Systems (Honours) in Data Analytics from Sunway University, completed between September and December 2024 with a CGPA of 3.42 (up to Year 2, Semester 2). The course was founded on my foundational Diploma in Information Technology from Sunway College Klang Valley (August 2022–August 2024 with CGPA 3.38), developed from data modeling, statistical analysis, and analytics tools necessary for data-driven roles.
