I am an experienced E-Commerce and Project Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the luxury goods and jewelry industry. During my time working in E-Commerce field, I have developed the skills in E-commerce account management (Shopee, Lazada, ZALORA, .com), product analysis, sales reporting, warehouse management, inventory control and more.

Besides, having a Bachelor Degree of Language and Linguistics in University of Malaya also mastered my multilingual ability, being able to communicate in English, Mandarin, Malay language and Cantonese, in both verbal and written.

1. CONSULTING DEVELOPMENT ANALYST, ACCENTURE SOLUTIONS SDN BHD 
   • Set up trackers to ensure project is aligned with timeline as a PMO Analyst, also responsible for onboarding and rolling off team members in the project. 
   • Organized workshop for potential clients.
   • Assisted in business development project to identify client’s E-Commerce performance pain points. 
    
2. E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE, HABIB GROUP 
   • Onboarded warehouse management system for E-Commerce department, through ERP system enhancement and API integration. 
   • Responsible for HABIB Shopee and web store as a Key Account Manager. 
   • Contributed in E-Commerce process to increase productivity and work efficiency; suggested Customer Service team to work in shifts, resulted in increased response rate to 99.54%. 
   • Coordinated omnichannel project to synchronize online and offline channels. 
    
3. SPECIAL PROJECTS EXECUTIVE, HABIB GROUP 
   • Initiated new marketing strategy to expand into new market segments, which translated into 20,000 new exposure views. 
   • Involved in regional expansion initiatives with Executive Chairman Office and Business Development departments in identifying strategic locations for growth, market study, grant initiatives. 
   • Assisted in hosting the Group Annual Business Direction, conducted the event and guided participants to walk through their initiatives.

   • Mainly focused on researching and analyzing financial reports to come up with new articles and writing materials. 
   • Proofread and edited articles. 
   • Translated materials between several languages for research and analysis.

   • Translated documents between languages with the aid of translation tools. 
   • Assisted creative director in content creating by suggesting ideas from third person view, by analyzing different contents in terms of creativity and visual experience.
