About Jiaa Ahmad:

keen interest in optimizing organizational effectiveness through strategic HR practices. I recently earned my Human Capital Management from Management and Science University, where I immersed myself in the dynamics of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Throughout my academic journey, I've acquired a robust skill set in recruitment, performance management and any HR related. My coursework and hands-on projects have equipped me with a deep understanding of how effective human resource practices contribute to the overall success of an organization.

I am currently on the lookout for opportunities that allow me to apply my knowledge and passion for Human Capital Management in a real-world setting. My goal is to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking organization by leveraging my skills.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained practical experience through an internship at Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company (KPOC) as an intern for 6 months. After graduating on the year 2022, I work for 1 year as an JR. Executive Admin and Operation Support at GreenX Labuan Corporation. These experiences have honed my ability to get into the real world of Human Resource and really experience hands on how to work in a company with the HR team. Also I learned new task during my 1 year of working which include reporting back to our superior and complete any ad hoc task given. 

As a motivated and detail-oriented professional, I am excited about the prospect of contributing to a dynamic team and making a positive impact on the workforce. Experience

My working experience is for 1 year after i graduated on the year 2022. I worked in a company called GreenX Labuan Corporation. So my task as an Administrative and operation support involves providing assistance and coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of an organization. This encompasses tasks such as managing office procedures, handling correspondence, organizing schedules, and facilitating communication between teams. Administrative professionals often play a key role in maintaining efficient operations, managing documentation, and contributing to overall productivity. Operation support involves the implementation and oversight of processes to optimize workflow and achieve organizational objectives. Together, administrative and operation support functions are essential for the effective functioning of a business or institution.

Education

Im a post graduate Bachelor Student for Human Capital Management from Management and Science University College Sabah (MSUC Sabah).
