DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER MARKETING, GOCAR (TC EURO CARS)

  • Build GoCar’s products and services: car sharing, car subscription, car servicing and electric car solutions, promoting a mobile-first customer journey.
  • Building of GoCar Subs program, with website development and CRM processes, payment integration and inventory tracking system to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Build GoEV network in Malaysia, build a consumer base, and convert customers to subscribers. User education on the EV landscape, charging solutions available and encouraging trial of EV vehicles via GoCar Sharing.
  • Manage a team of over 50 persons including the Marketing, Business Development team, Contact Center and Customer First Team.
  • Work with the team and agencies to develop communication activities to increase new users, drive recurring users and improve on revenue generation.
