  • Basic job responsibilities include developing and managing multithreaded motion layer software, and analyze electromechanical capabilities and restrictions for controlling 7 different highspeed pick and place semiconductor tray sorter machines.
  • Task, train and manage team members. Creating Documentation, supporting P/DFMEA analysis with mechanical engineers, implementing test driven developments.
  • Experienced in integrating highspeed IO modules, motion controllers, IO Link protocol modules, Fingerprint scanners, RS-232/485 devices and PLCs.
  • Delivered and supported one or more major projects every year.
  • Proficiently troubleshoot complex technological issues for assigned projects.
  • In 2019, I with 2 other team members directed a complete software overhaul that revolutionized the software architecture software to improve scalability, readability and timelessness of the motion software.
  • 2017 – Present, owns and manages a strategic OEM customer’s project that deals with complete process traceability for each FPGA package from fabrication to inspection to sales order.
  • 2018 – Present, owns and manages all tray-to-tray machine motion software.
