Joseph Tan (Joe)

A little about me, I have extensive work experience across various industries, most of which centred around Sales and Product Management.. My current position is Senior Account Manager for an ICT company which provides business connectivity and continuity services. I am especially adept in crafting solutions for Palo Alto Networks cybersecurity products as well as internet connectivity.

Although I began a career through sales but, after various promotions and exposures in other industries, I acquired skill sets in both operations and product management. I am capable of identifying areas of concern, implementing or revising processes, to comply or change, where needed, the current operations. This included Business Requirement Documentation, Change Management and Product Lifecycle Management.

In addition to these skills, I am well versed in most aspects of business and operations, mainly through recognizing the company’s inherent and future needs. I am most adept in situations that require forging of strong teamwork, both internally and externally because of my exposure in inter-department and C-level correspondences.

I also bring to the table strong tech savviness. Being naturally curious to all things technological as well as experiences in tech companies gave me skills in creating good presentations, other MS Office related content and UML.
