For a recent fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Geology, I am keen and excited to describe about myself in order to showcase myself as a distinctive candidate in the current industry of geoscience. My curiousity and passion towards the Earth's wonderful processes and mechanism has pushed me to pursue on this field. During my academic journey, I have developed a solid foundation in geological principles, mapping techniques, data analysis, and fieldwork. Although I may lack industry experience, I am eager to apply my theoretical knowledge and passion for geology to contribute to your organization. My period of being an intern in the Mineral and Resources Department in Johor has also taught me a general perception on the life in industry. As a fresh graduate, I bring enthusiasm, a fresh perspective, and a willingness to learn and grow within the field. I am confident that my strong academic background, coupled with my dedication and eagerness to make an impact, make me an excellent candidate for a geologist position. During my internship in the Mineral and Resource Department Johor in the government sector, I gained valuable professional experience by focusing on landslide risk assessments and prevention methods. I learned about various instruments used in landslide prevention such as micropiles and rock bolts, and also got acquainted with scan line survey techniques, geological mapping, and soil mechanisms. Additionally, I gained knowledge on geohazards and acquired skills in reporting formats and techniques. Through this internship, I not only expanded my theoretical understanding but also gained practical experience in the field of land stability and geohazard assessment.

I had pursued my degree in the field of geoscience in Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. The scope of study that I had covered includes a broad kmowledge in the field of engineering geology, rock engineering, hydrogeology, sedimentology, stratigraphy, mineral resources, earth materials and processes, petroleum engineering and mineral resources. Plus, the coverage of study includes a wide scope of industrial applications and theoritical knowledge as insisted by lecturers. I have a specified skills about generating data from a rock engineering survey by understanding the soil mechanics and rock outcrops as these data will be used in creating infrastructure such as tunnels and buildings. The implication of geohazards and natural disasters had also been exposed by the syllabus and the ways to mitigate them. Hence, my valuable therotical knowledge and several experiences in the field during my term in university could make me to be a highly profitable asset for your company. Thank you
