i currently working in pastry department and I have more than 5 years experience in this field. i am very passionate on this job. I also love working in a team cause it can build our teamwork and responsibility.  Other than that, I am a hardworking person and like to accept challenges. Furthermore pastry industry is currently expending through the trend and that why I like pastry.

I work at Pacific Regency hotel suites Kl almost 2 years. Then , I change the new hotel to get new experience and new challenges  at Pullman Bangsar Kuala Lumpur. Lastly I move to Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur  which is 5 star hotel and international hotel which very busy and has quite a lot of outlet to take care. among this years of experience, i have a lot experience in keeping and maintaining the hygiene procedures, keep station clean and monitoring the junior staff while the chef was not around.  i also had learn how to do the inventory and do the ordering. 

i had finishe  my study  in Diploma in culinary arts at University Teknologi Mara Uitm Terengganu
