- Maintain effective implementation of the food safety systems, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and pre-requisite program.

- Ensure compliance to latest standard requirements, regulatory requirements as well as customer requirements.

- Involve in supplier audit and external audit programs (certification body & customer audits).

- Conduct requisite annual internal audit for compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, prepare audit report, issue corrective action request (CAR) and follow up corrective action.

- Conduct mock recall and traceability yearly for continuous improvement of traceability system 

- Coordinate with external laboratories for product lab tests: physical, chemical, and microbiological at a regular basis.

- Assist in root cause investigation for non-conformities and customer complaints if required

- Oversee the pest control program and liaise with external pest controller for pest-related issues.

- Conduct plant review periodically to ensure effective GMP.

- Assist in documentation of Food Safety and Quality. Maintain good record keeping and timely review and update of documents

- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Bachelor of Applied Science (Product Development Technology) with Honours, University Malaysia Kelantan
