Kai Yuan Chiu

I am Chiu Kai Yuan, a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science (HONS) Biomedical Science from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). I am looking for a best possible start of my career as a medical laboratory technologist. I am eager to learn and passionate in diagnostic and research works and I believe that the course that I have studied has prepared me for this challenging position. 

Before I pursued my study, I worked as a barista at Tealive, which I have learned how to work in fast pace and how to communicate and work as a team with colleagues from different culture backgrounds. During my internship, I was working at Malaysian Urgent Care Clinics which I would have to handle patients and guide them in consulting the doctor, dispense medicine and learned to perform venipuncture and vaccination as well as some rapid tests such as COVID-19 tests and HIV tests.
