  • Expertise in designing Software Test Automation Frameworks using various automation tools like UFT, LeanFT, Selenium ,TestComplete,QTP, and Winrunner and based on the project requirements.
  • Expertise in developing Robotic Process Automation /BOTs using SAP IRPA and UIPath

  • Managing teams with Building [Hiring, Training and Evaluating].
  • Vendor Management
  • Ability to quickly learn applications with minimal documentation.
  • Proficient in understanding, implementing and tracking SLA’s.
  • Experience in leading a team with capabilities like leading, delegating, Critical thinking, decision making, problem solving and Negotiating.
  • Worked as an on-site point of contact for the team to coordinate with the stakeholders and provide information back to the team.
  • Good team player and also an efficient individual contributor if required.
  • Troubleshooting automation issues related to Tool / implementation / scripting.
