Nov 2016 - Present 

•Managing the leasing and tenancy for SOGO Group mainly Sogo KL mall (NLA 600,000 sq.ft.) which caters to the middle and mid upper income catchment as well as tenants at Sogo I-City Shah Alam, Johor Bahru and upcoming bazaar Mayang Mall, Terengganu.
•Setup the group Leasing Department, SOP, retail planning, budget rent and introduce new tenant mix for all Sogo stores such as services, better food dining, IT, pampering & wellness.
•Maintaining the occupancy of 99% at Sogo KL and 100% occupancy at other Sogo stores.
•Responsible for Advertisement and Promotion spaces within Sogo KL.
•Involved in the revamping of Sogo KL and has increased the number of tenant drastically by 70% new brands within 3 years and 80% within 6 years. Sogo KL has uplifted its brand image and become among the best shopping destination for local tourist and office crowd where you can get everything under one roof.

June 2016 – Nov 2016 

• Lease a NLA of 400,000 sq.ft. KL city centre lifestyle mall which caters to the mid upper income catchment. Assist in leading the leasing department by monitoring and involve actively in the leasing activities and tenancy management in line with the management directions. Participating in improving the current trade mix and eventually to turn the mall into one of the favourite destination for the urban dwellers especially small families within KLCC.

Leasing Manager | Amax Property Management Sdn Bhd (Citta Mall)  
Jan 2014 – Nov 2015 
•Lease a NLA of 436,000 sq.ft. neighborhood mall which caters to the mid upper income catchment. Lead the leasing department by monitoring and involve actively in the leasing activities and tenancy management. 
•To ensure meeting the budget rent and desired tenant mix as well as increasing the occupancy of the mall. Perform management reporting on weekly and monthly basis. 
•Manage to improve the tenant mix by securing karaoke, IT shops, furniture and local fashion tenants. Boost the occupancy from 55% to 87% in 1 ½ year and achieve 98% tenancy renewal rate. Citta Mall has now become a hangout place for business meetings as well as family gathering and footfall has increased significantly.
•Involve in recommendations to top management on tenant’s issues for the betterment of the mall.

KLCC Group - Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd
Nov 2012 – Oct 2013 
•Responsible for managing the leasing and tenancy operation which includes leasing planning, leasing strategy formulation and leasing implementation and monitoring tenancy and renewals.
•Responsible for the leasing of three (3) property buildings located in Putrajaya; Menara PjH, Galeria and Z10 which include retail complex, office tower, and promotion spaces with NLA of 450,000 square feet, 400,000 square feet and 140,000 square feet respectively.
•Responsible in formulating and implementing leasing plan in line with the company’s business plan and objective. 
•Responsible in planning and monitoring leasing promotion activities based on the marketing plan.

Senior Executive, Leasing | MRCB (Nu Sentral)

Jul 2010 – Nov 2012

  • Pioneer team in the mall setup during predevelopment stage from new project launch until mall construction complete.
  • Aggressively lease a NLA of 650,000 sq.ft. KL city centre mall (Nu Sentral) which caters to the mid upper catchment. 
  • Responsible for coordinating of all leasing activities including rental rates review; marketing, and prospecting align with the strategy and management requirements. 
  • Involve in tenancy mix plan of Nu Sentral as well as recommendation for anchor and mini anchors. Develop strong relationships with tenants from local and international retailers to ensure confident communications and long term relationship. Among the mini anchors secured are Sam Groceria, Wangsa Bowl, CYC Amusement, Amp Square Karaoke & Quizinn Foodcourt.
  • Perform market trend analysis from time to time as well as monthly budgeting of the mall.
