Working in the rubber plantation sector for 40 years. Managed plantations in Malaysia and Indonesia up to 40,000 ha. Fit, healthy and able. Expertise in all aspects of rubber planting and management.

Successfully managed at increasing levels of managerial responsibilities at RRIM (Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia) Stations, State Advisory Services and in Sumatra, Indonesia.

ii) RRIM Station, Pelepah Division, Kota Tinggi, Johor (1984 2003) - 800 ha
iii) Malaysian Rubber Board Johor Regional Office, Segamat, Johor (2003 - 2006) - Licensing, advisory and enforcement services to estates and smallholders. Successfullly organised extensive advisory and training programs for rubber smallholders all across Malaysia. Lectured and trained FELDA, RISDA and foreign officers at Malaysia Hevea Academy, Sg. Buluh, Malaysia.
