My name is khairumi binti kasim. I am a fresh graduate Bachelor of Environmental and Occupational Health Science with honors from University Putra Malaysia (UPM). I have experience in managing, establishing, maintaining, and implementing safe work practices with some knowledge of Occupational Safety Health management systems that comply with ISO 45001:2018 and the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994. I also have experience in conducting Ergonomic risk assessment, Chemical Health Risk Assessment, and HIRARC.

I had a curiosity and was eager to gain more knowledge, exposure, and experience in this field, a motivated and dedicated person in my job. I always applied "action speaks louder than words" since I am an introverted person, I always make sure I work independently and I believe with my knowledge and experience will give benefits and assets to the company.

• Responsible for, all records and documents in relation to procedures involving ISO 9001 and 14001 (QMS and EMS) are properly maintained for future reference.
• Perform annual internal audit and identify ‘Non-Conformance’ & ‘Opportunity for Improvement’ in order for continuous improvement.
• Assist in risk management and hazards identification (HIRARC) at Head Office and Project Sites.
• Design safety standards and procedures to eliminate accident and illness incidents and accidents
• Work with Environmental Officer for Environmental Impact and aspect assessment and determine the risk opportunities for projects WCE7, BRO5, BRO6, SC03 and Head Office.
• Do an Emergency Response Plan at Head Office with planning and put information at QHSE Information board.
• Do a Fire extinguisher inspection at the Head Office to make sure it's valid with BOMBA certification and does not exceed the expiration date.
• Handle a scheduled waste at the Head Office and make sure all the scheduled waste is reported to eSwiss.
• Assist the HSE Manager to develop the HSE Plan and publish it to Clients and Management as well as attend meetings with stakeholders.
• Review and approve the Work Method Statement, JSA, and PTW from contractors before carrying out the job.
• Advise on safety in working in High-Risk environments and monitor Unsafe acts and Unsafe Condition workplace.
• Roll out, implement and monitor staff to participate and achieve on Advancecon Holding Berhad HSE KPI scorecard.
• To plan and develop for the implementation and administration of safety, health & Environment policies and practices to meet legal requirements.
• Conduct Safety induction for new joiners and contractors.
• Prepared a QHSE documentation for PKNS Tender.

• Manage to cooperate with Ergonomic Train Person on handling Initial Ergonomic Risk Assessment at Level 29, Dayabumi Kuala Lumpur.
• Do a Hearing Conservation Programmed with Industrial Hygiene for Chargeman Person that exposes to the Noise Exceed Limitat generator room.
• Do an Indoor Air QualityeLearning by Following the minimum requirement for training by referring to the Industry Code of Practice on Indoor Air Quality 2010.
• Report the Covid-19 cases daily from the Other Business Units (MMHE, MMS, ALAM, Eaglestar, AET, and Offshore Business Unit) to the MISC Berhad Council and PETRONAS PandemicResponse Team Committee.
• Do health Programs like a Workout Wednesday and Mental Health Awareness.
• Attend HSE Committee meetings in Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 that discuss incidents and progress of every department in Group HSSE on handling a safe work environment and train the workers to practice safe work at the workplace.
• Conduct Health Risk Assessment for the workers at levels 19, 28 and 29 at Dayabumi to evaluate which hazard the workers most likely will be exposed.
• Collaborate with Students from ALAM on the topic of Industrial Hygiene awareness on Noise at the Workplace for seafarers for booth competition for HSE Day.
• Do a Classification and labeling by following (The classification, Packaging, and Labeling of Hazardous Chemicals) Regulations 1997 for the generator room at the Ground Floor of Dayabumi.
• Create awareness at the workplace through the HSE moment Poster platform sharing on Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease, Dengue Fever, Portable air cleaners, Healthy tips during Durian Season, Indoor Air Quality, and 2nd Dose Booster for COVID-19.
• Join conduct a ship condition survey and focus the audit on the subject vessel for the purpose of providing assurance to the management on the vessel's condition and performance based on the analysis of the result of third-party inspections and audits performed on the company’s fleet of vessels.
