Hello Recruiters! I am a Graduate Research Assistant reaching the end of my Masters studies. I have 6 years of experience working in a research laboratory. I am looking for work in an advanced laboratory where I can build on my laboratory techniques and skillset. Available immediately.

After my Bachelors degree, I worked as a Junior Microbiologist in a testing laboratory for three years. In this lab I analysed samples for their microbial and chemical content, working with equipment such as bioreactors, AAS spectrophotometers, and UV spectrophotometers. I was involved in the implementation of ISO17025 accreditation in this laboratory, hence I am familiar with adherence to the SOPs and the lengthy processes of documentation required. After working, I decided to get my Masters at Universiti Malaya. The field is in Medical Science, where I tested newly-FDA and EMA approved drugs on human cancer cells. During my three years as a Graduate Research Assistant, I performed high throughput cellular assays and generated a 3D oragnoid cell line derived from patient breast tumours. I currently have two manuscripts in preparation to be published.

Currently I am finishing up my Masters degree at the Universiti Malaya. This degree was research mode, requiring me to perform research full time for three years. I am summarising all my work in a thesis, and am required to publish my work in a journal.

My Bachelors degree was from the University of Edinburgh, where I gained an Honours in Biochemistry. I completed with a Upper Second degree.
