About Kishern Arumugam:

My name is Kishern Arumugam and I am a bachelor's graduate with more than 2 years of experience in the hotel industry. At my previous employment, I was employed before the hotel commenced for business where I acted as an eye of the hotel manager. The experience I gained there was considerable. 

Experience

In 2016, after my SPM I was employed for V3 Hotel & Residence before the hotel is officially commenced for business. I acted as an eye of the hotel manager at the moment and I was gained considerable experience and knowledge. The hotel officially launched for business in 3 months and I was employed as front office leader after 1 week of training. After 8 months there, I decided to continue my education and I did it on expected time.
Through my academic journey, I applied a strong focus on building my leadership skill and communication skills. I am detail-oriented and meticulous when managing competing priorities within tight deadlines. I work best in roles where utilizing critical thinking allows me to make a positive impact while using creative problem-solving to resolve issues and achieve goals.
During my bachelor education period, I was approached for front office role in the same hotel as a part time employee because they’re not able to pay salary for full time employees due to the less sales on the pandemic period.

Education

I am bachelor graduate in Accounting with 3.67 CGPA.
