I have been an enthusiastic entrepreneur that  always looks for a way to improve regardless whether it is applications or people empowerment. I am fast to learn with a POC first mindset. I work we the understanding of not all digital tools, functionalities or solutions will be accepted. Many times these functionalities are not needed or deemed as over the required standard. It is important to bring the end customer with solutions that is being upgraded as the user portfolio increase these way people will gin a P2P method of acquiring know hows and this will be key to success. 

Let me take a moment to tell you about myself and my professional journey. It all started when I began my career as a Process Engineer at Western Digital. In this role, I had the responsibility of ensuring the quality and quantity of manufactured goods. I focused on streamlining process workflows and constantly sought ways to improve systems and reduce costs. Little did I know that during my time there, a new passion for IT would emerge.

As I delved deeper into my role, I discovered a strong interest in the intersection of IT and Manufacturing. I realized that effective coordination between these two domains could yield remarkable results. One particular project stands out in my memory—the development of a database and application that revolutionized data collection and analysis from production machinery and operators. This powerful tool provided notifications, warnings, and valuable data for reporting. It became Western Digital's most successful internal application, incorporating predictive analysis back in 2007.

Eager to explore new avenues, I embarked on an entrepreneurial venture alongside a partner. Together, we ventured into the world of software application and website development. While my focus primarily centered around website development, we took on diverse projects, including financial reporting, accounting, ERP solutions, and learning management systems. I take pride in having crafted customized applications tailored to the unique needs of our clients. From lorry transport booking systems to online ticketing applications, hotel room booking systems to inventory management systems—our portfolio showcased our versatility. We even developed asset quantification systems for public organizations.

My journey took another exciting turn when I joined BAC Education Group as the Head of Software Development. This role presented a new challenge—to build a team from scratch to meet the diverse application needs of 25 companies within the group. With my team of talented individuals, we developed an array of innovative applications, ranging from student management and registration systems to learning management systems, hostel booking applications, job portals, AI-based job applications, crowd funding platforms, on-demand trainer hiring sites, and gym applications. Each project allowed me to push boundaries and foster creativity.

Currently, I hold the position of Digital Solutions Head at Europ Assistance. In this role, I architect applications that cater to our clients and their customers. I leverage my expertise in various technologies, such as Google Cloud, AWS, Kubernetes, REST and JSON APIs, PHP, Python, TypeScript, HTML, and Java. While my role primarily involves managerial responsibilities, I still relish the opportunity to engage in hands-on work, particularly when developing proof of concepts (POCs).

That's the story of my professional journey so far—a journey fueled by curiosity, a passion for technology, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. I look forward to the exciting chapters yet to come.

Let me share with you the story of my educational journey. It all began when I pursued a degree in Electronics from Deakin University in Geelong, Australia. During my time there, something remarkable happened. Not only did I dive into the fascinating world of electronics, but I also had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with the university's research team. Together, we embarked on an exciting project, developing race cars for competitions organized by universities across Australia. It was an exhilarating experience that allowed me to apply my programming skills and witness firsthand how theory and practice come together to create something extraordinary.

Before my university degree, I took a significant step towards shaping my path in the world of technology by completing a Diploma in Telecommunication and Computer Engineering. This educational endeavor laid a strong foundation for my understanding of hardware architecture and provided me with the necessary tools to excel in the realm of telecommunication and computer systems.

But education doesn't end in the classroom. Throughout my professional journey, I've been fortunate to receive various company-sponsored training opportunities that have expanded my horizons. I've delved into the realms of management, data analytics, digital marketing, product management, and project management. These trainings have been invaluable, equipping me with a diverse skill set and enabling me to navigate the dynamic landscape of the digital world.

And thus, my story unfolds—a journey filled with passion for electronics, the thrill of pushing boundaries with race car development, and a thirst for knowledge that led me to acquire expertise in various domains. Each chapter has added new layers to my understanding and shaped me into the professional I am today.
