My name is Kourtaman Ramakrishnan, and I am currently pursuing  Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Hons.) in Automotive Engineering at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). I am writing to express my interest in an internship opportunity.

Experience

I am an Automotive Engineering Technology student with hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair through practical training at Volkswagen (Federal Auto Sri Hartamas). In addition, I have gained experience in administration, customer service, sales support, call center operations, and logistics coordination. These roles have strengthened my technical abilities, communication skills, problem-solving capability, and adaptability in fast-paced work environments.

Education

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Hons.) in Automotive Engineering at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), where I have built a strong foundation in mechanical and automotive systems, vehicle diagnostics, and maintenance practices. My coursework and practical training have equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills relevant to the automotive industry.
