Worked as a Cashier & Customer Service Assistant at Petron Persiaran Senawang and my responsibilities were:

Processing transactions: Responsible for handling payments from customers and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. 

Maintaining cash registers: Maintain cash registers, ensuring cashiers have enough cash and that the machines are working correctly. 

Maintaining accurate records of cash and credit transactions: Responsible for maintaining accurate records of cash and credit transactions, including balancing the cash register, keeping track of receipts, and recording all transactions in the system. 

Following company policies and procedures, including those related to security, customer service, and sales: Responsible for following company policies and procedures, including those related to security, customer service, and sales, to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. 

Customer service: Must provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
