• Competent in the operation of multiple CMP processes running in Applied Material (AMAT) and EBARA tools.
• Conduct and analyze projects for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Analyze and troubleshoot processes that are running out of control (OOC) based on statistical process control (SPC) rules employed and execute immediate and necessary process parameter tuning and optimization to run a process to target.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues down to root cause and perform necessary escalation to relative stakeholders and work in hand to find a temporary containment fix and decisive preventive/corrective action or solution.
• Liaise with the production and equipment team on tool releases upon completion of scheduled/unscheduled preventive and corrective maintenance and executing necessary qualifications and assessing the performance of the tool before releasing the tool for production.
• Prioritize and navigate team members to enhance efficiency and improve production cycle time according to present business needs.
• Assessing and troubleshooting tool alarms and the impacts on production wafers.
• Performing necessary disposition and quality checks on the affected wafers to eliminate quality constraints.
