Period: Aug 2021 - Present

* Responsible and accountable for daily financial operations activities of the company
* High competency in MYOB / ABSS Accounting System
* Follow-up and handle AP & AR
* Prepare Invoice, PO, DO, Credit Note, Payment Voucher etc
* Prepare Bank Reconciliation
* Posting General Ledgers and Journals into the system
* Follow-up on emails customer / clients
* Liaise with auditor for year end financial report
* Prepare daily payment summary
* Prepare monthly sales report
* Keep proper record of fixed assets and company assets
* Any assigned duty by superior from time to time

2) Position: Account Executive @ Kings College Malaysia 

Period: Nov 2020 - Aug 2021 

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare payment schedule after discussion with Marketing & Academics Department
• Do billing to the students and send official receipt to them
• Prepare payment vouchers and do coding for the vendor invoice
• Update bank reconciliation, creditor reconciliation & debtor reconciliation
• Liaise with students for payments
• Handle payroll processing for all staffs
• Update the statutory payment in the portal
• Provide assistance to handle E-Penjana & HRDF Claim

3) Position: Audit Associate @ MKT & Associates 

Period: Sep 2020 - Nov 2020

• Involve in administration work such as document controlling, filling, binding, scanning and photocopy.
• Preparing a set of Management Account for a number of firms from different industries.
• Assisting seniors in preparing final audit reports.
• Assisting seniors in preparing the statutory audit working papers and preparing Director’s signing pages.
• Handling audit for a number of firms from different industries.
