KUMANESWARY RAJU

Miss Kumaneswary serves in the English language centre, government and private sector for language and soft skills development since 2012. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture from the University of Malaysia Sabah. She is a HRDC certified trainer who is fluent in English, Malay, and Tamil. She was also involved in one of the HRDC initiative programs, RAISE, for food and beverage staff’s efficiencies including characteristic improvement. She improvises her credibility by volunteering in the Employability (SEVA) program organized by the Sathya Sai Baba Organization of Malaysia. She had helped staff from various industries such as finance (Bank Negara Malaysia), food and beverage, entertainment, hotel, automotive, water board (LAKU Management Sdn Bhd), construction, and manufacturing, in improving their English proficiency and certain important soft skills that they need for their career progress. 

She completed her certification in Teaching English as Second Language/ Teaching English as Foreign Language (TESOL/ TEFL) and is involved in Cambridge English for Life (CEFL) centre. Miss Kumanes has experience training and developing self-upgrading programs which consist of 5 modules. She progressed to train in both online and offline courses for English proficiency and soft skills to enhance the participants’ effectiveness in their respective organisations. She has conducted training for various levels of participants ranging from top management, senior managers, managers, executives, sales personnel, administrators, and supervisors. Despite those, she is also a member of the Malaysia English Language Teaching Association (MELTA), Member of Malaysia Association of Professional Trainers and Coaches (MAPTaC), and the Malaysian Association of Training Providers (MATPRO).

In addition to that, she was invited as a judge for English storytelling and public speaking competition in Education Fair (Educare Carnival), Building Character through Education, organised by Shri Sai Vidyalaya Malaysia.
