• Submit weekly store performance reports, to enhance overall store improvement.

• Understand customer needs and provide better solutions to improve overall store experiences

• Always upselling or cross-selling and break the weekly target for team achievement rewards.

• Handle customer complaint issues, provide customer to exchange rather than refund. 

• Suggest promotion and marketing plans for GM

• Familiar with POS systems and EFTPOS machines. 

• Store merchandise and refresh shelves two weeks at once 

• Arrange staff weekly roster and provide weekly training and encouragement to the staff.

• Prepare weekly purchase order based on the minimum stock quantity

• Aware of stock alerts for prevent any shortage of stocks. 

• Daily store cleaning exp: sweeping and mopping the floor before and after store opening hours. Always ensure store cleanliness to reach expectations.
