Lee Jun Yuan

I was a telephone operator in Equatorial hotel hotel Kuala Lumpur and I had been working for more than a year before leaving. I graduated from Quest International University Perak and my major is hospitality. I am currently seeking for more experience in customer service. I am a detail oriented person and a fast learner. 

I worked as a telephone operator in Equatorial hotel Kuala Lumpur from 21st March 2022 to 24 April 2023. My role was to handling guest's request, enquiry and delivering accurate information to the respective departments.

I have a Bachelor degree of Business Administration in hospitality and tourism. My major is in hospitality which is to deliver the best customer service to the guest.
