During my apprenticeship at Top Team Enterprise, I gained practical experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and customer service. My role involved utilizing computer applications to track parts, updating inventory data, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, my academic background has equipped me with strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, C, and PHP, along with database management using MySQL.

APPRENTICE 
- Utilize a computer application for warehouse management to effectively monitor and track parts. 
- Adjust and update inventory data regularly to maintain accuracy and ensure the availability of stock. 
- Occasionally drive for deliveries, ensuring timely and safe transport of goods to customers
- Assist with assembling and packaging goods, ensuring they meet quality standards before shipment


RETAIL ASSISTANT ( PROMOTER)
- Communicate with customers, address inquiries, and sell products. 
- Help customers find products and make purchase decisions. 
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns. 
- Verify the quantity, quality, and authenticity of goods.

I am currently pursuing a Diploma in IT at TARUMT and actively seeking an internship opportunity.
