Account Executive

  • Update Purchase invoices
  • Monitoring the staff annual leave, sick leave and handle the staff’s claims
  • Creating Supplier's and Customers credit notes and debit notes
  • Key in payment vouchers and Receipt vouchers
  • Reconcile opening balances with audited reports.
  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  • Reconciling individual supplier balances from the accounts payable ledger with the statement provided by the supplie

Education

Admin Executive

  • Email Sending: send acknowledgment emails to vendors and communicate to the Freight Audit and Payment team for queries regarding received shipping invoices.
  • Invoice Tracking: update trackers to make sure all shipping documents are received in hard and soft copies.
  • Sorting: sort the documents received into (a) invoice, (b) supporting receipts, and (c) shipping docs like a Packing list, Commercial Invoice, custom declaration form, Arrival Notice, Certificate of origin, and Certificate of acknowledgment.
  • Scanning: scan invoices, supporting tax receipts, and shipping documents.
  • Returns: prepare the hardcopy documents for RTV.
