I look after 89 years old women stroke patient with NGT Tube :Daily routine sponge change diapers prepare the medicines :check vitals sign blood pressure oxygen 2nd patient:I look after 103 years old women Daily routine :transferring bed to commode chair for time to shower change diaper .bed to wheelchair or to sofa chair .prepare medicines check vitals signs blood pressure oxygen level light exercises .
