I am an experienced senior field executive who has managed all aspects of fieldwork operation from marketing, survey reporting, job supervision, job coordination to assist in all matters related to the company’s business. I spent almost 7 years developing my skills as a field executive for Central Force Company, where I have successfully completed over 170 national and international projects with big data survey sets, and I have been promoted twice. I hold a Ph.D degree in International Economics with solid skills and concrete research experience in optimizing the role of social capital in economic variables. Along with my academic experience and abilities, I can bring to your team years of experience to be used for various applications and defining and implementing the new ideas. I am the person who thrived in a fast paced environment and I love managing teams and accepting challenges and juggling multiple tasks. Although I love my current role, I feel I am now ready for challenging assignment and this position really excites me.

 Project set up meetings, planning and preparing project specifications for field
 Assist in training up junior staff in compliance with the field standard
 Check and sign off questionnaires for fieldwork suitability
 Prepare supervisor and interviewer instructions and KPI
 Assist in the coordination of all interviewing/research material (sample, questionnaire design/artwork/programming (CATI)/testing, outputs
 Keep track of the project progress and schedule to ensure a stable workforce
 Ensure the accuracy of sample design
 Overlook the progress and outcomes on different projects and control quota
 Prepare field costs & delivering good quality fieldwork on time and in budget
 Allocate job to supervisors and liaising on job specification, coordinating with clients on quotas and other project details
 Liaise with clients on any queries/problems arising from the fieldwork, ensue adhere to the quality responsibilities
