Job Description – Customer Service Executive (Sales Department)

  • To ensure company sales target is achieved and maintained continuously.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers; advise them on Company’s services and products, price movements and other developments.
  • To liaise and feedback customer comments and information to internal department.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to obtain optimum result.
  • To oversee the entire sales of the company is achieved as per budget planning.
  • Prepare sales report and documentation.

 

Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and working experience.
  • At least minimum 1-2 year (s) of working experience as a sales coordinator & customer service in the Manufacturing industry. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. 
  • Committed with sense of urgency, responsible, hardworking, high confident level and willing to learn. 
  • Able to work independently, self-motivation and willing to travel.
  • Self-reliant to tackle problematic issue in the organization. 
  • Well know MS Office (Excel). 
  • Must be aggressive, fast leanest, positive thinking, strong interpersonal & good communication skill in English & Malay. Additional advantages for those able in Mandarin Languages. 
  • Willing to work in Melaka.
