Melissa Teng

Hi my name is Melissa Fong. I am a student majoring in chemical engineering, seeking a full-time job. I am a results-driven, analytical, team-focused employee who has a passion for deloitte, a passion for innovation and creativeness and desire to continually improve in my work.

I am always looking for opportunities to build my skills, I have participated in CHEME-car competition to build my teamwork skills and worked as a research assistant with my professor in my university under the MIPO platform (Monash Industry Palm Oil Research). My sector is the analysis of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) using HPLC technique to determine FFA content, determination of carotene content, using GC (Gas Chromatography) machine to determine the glycerol amount in the FAME. I had been trained to run the 1L reactor and 15 L reactor at lab scale and carry out necessary sampling analysis.

I have completed 4 years of undergraduate study in Bachelor of Chemical Engineering in Monash University Malaysia
