My position is Senior Facilities Technician. Has almost 6 years of experience and has an HVAC Diploma. I am skilled in solving problems of each facilities system, I have experience of making detailed prevantive maintenance of all facilities system. I can think logically of each facilities system.

1) Carryout operation, maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, electrical equipment/system, HVAC systems, PCW systems, Pump systems, SCRUBBER Systems, CDA, Cleanroom, BMS Systems and other facilities systems. 2) Perform daily logging checklist for SADA meter, pumps, motors, CDA, Scrubber systems, Chiller, makeup air unit (MAU), process vacuum system (PVAC), Cooling tower, HVAC systems and other facilities systems / equipments. 3) To carry out all scheduling / preventive maintenance duty on time as per arranged by superior (Monthly PM, Quaterly PM, Semi Annualy PM and Annualy PM. 4) Plant facility ststem start-up and shutdown. 5) LOTO management, Work Order and Work Permit.
