Mohamad Muslihuddin Razali

I'm Mohamad Muslihuddin, a dedicated mechanical engineer with a strong foundation in steam and maintenance engineering. I currently serve as a Steam Engineer and Maintenance Engineer at Lotte Ube Synthetic Rubber, where I specialize in planning and overseeing preventive maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing the performance of critical equipment. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and I’m equipped with key certifications, including a 2nd Grade Steam Engineer Certificate and authorization as a Gas Tester and Confined Space Entrant.

My professional experience spans across diverse roles, including as an Assistant Mill Manager at FGV Palm Oil Mill, where I focused on maximizing operational efficiency, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety. I’m recognized for my attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work effectively under pressure. With a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving high standards, I bring a valuable combination of technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to every project.

With over four years in engineering roles, I bring expertise in maintenance, operational efficiency, and compliance. Currently, as a Steam and Maintenance Engineer at Lotte Ube Synthetic Rubber, I oversee preventive maintenance planning, lead steam boiler operations, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. My role emphasizes proactive equipment monitoring and collaboration with specialists for optimal performance.

Previously, I served as Assistant Mill Manager at FGV Palm Oil Mill, where I focused on maximizing the Oil Extraction Rate (OER) through effective mill operations. I ensured optimal boiler functionality, supervised quality control, and upheld environmental and safety standards. My background in both manufacturing and maintenance management has honed my skills in troubleshooting, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), completed in 2019 with a CGPA of 3.20. This program provided a strong foundation in mechanical systems, engineering principles, and technical problem-solving. Prior to this, I completed a Foundation in Physical Science at Universiti Malaya (UM) with a CGPA of 4.00, where I developed a solid base in scientific principles, analytical thinking, and quantitative skills essential for my engineering career.
