Currently, in my 5th year of leading a BPO project within the range of Customer Service, YouTube reviews, and Google VE projects. I also have 2 years of experience in Quality Management, where I oversee 30 moderators, and I was recently promoted to Operation Team Leader for a CS project in META, where I supervise 20 agents.
