During my time in the Quality Assurance Department, I successfully managed OEM battery production, conducted rigorous quality tests, addressed complaints, led training programs, and actively participated in audits. I ensured that the batteries met customer requirements by performing thorough quality assurance tests before shipment. Additionally, I worked closely with Mitsubishi dealers to resolve complaints and identify root causes of quality issues. As a Quality Control Officer, I conducted spot-welding and high-rate discharging tests, performed inspections to meet product specifications, and implemented quality control measures. I was also responsible for managing claims from Mitsubishi outlets and coordinating battery replacements. By maintaining effective communication with assembly line operators, I reduced defects and non-conforming products. My experience in both roles demonstrates my commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, which I obtained in 2021. In addition, I have acquired a valuable certificate in the oil and gas field through CENTEXS Mukah in collaboration with NeXT Schlumberger.
