• Executed comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) programs for critical rotating equipment, including industrial gas turbines, centrifugal compressor, reciprocating compressors and diesel/gas generator. 

• Performed precision mechanical work, including bearing changes, mechanical seal and dry gas replacements, impeller balancing, and shaft alignment using laser alignment tools. Conducted advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on pump mechanical seals, bearings, impellers, and gearbox to identify root causes of failures and performance degradation. 

• Led advanced troubleshooting efforts for mechanical failures, performance degradation, and vibration issues across all major assets, resolving complex issues with minimal supervision to restore operational efficiency rapidly. 

• Served as the primary troubleshooter for urgent operational issues related to pumps, generator and compressor packages, diagnosing root causes and executing immediate corrective maintenance to prevent equipment damage. 

• Perform instrumentation calibration, including smart transmitters (pressure, temperature, level, vibration probe). Followed work orders and specifications for machine and equipment replacement, repair, or maintenance.
