Admin & Accountant Assistant

  • Reconcile bank statement.
  • Perform bookkeeping record and data entry in SQL system.
  • Handling petty cash, documentation, printing & filing duties.
  • Assist on the cash flow requirement with available cash resources, petty cash record and reimbursement.
  • Performing monthly reconciliation for cash, bank, suppliers, and customers.
  • Involve in day to day administrative activities and month end closing tasks such as stock adjustment.
