About Muhammad Azmal Jamal:

I am a seasoned project assistant manager with 7 years of experience plastic injection molding parts and mold development and validation, duties are as follows: 

  • Managed tasks performed by teams of engineers, designer and production. 
  • Running injection molding development process in relation to part design. 
  • Attend Part & Mold design review – to liaise with customer for part & mold development, advise during DFM for design of mold.
  • Monitoring Supplier Control - Communicate with supplier for new model. Discussion for new parts or method that will fulfil customer needs and monitoring their progress as per customer event.
  • Monitoring QA dept – Support, guide and monitor QCQA for any dimension issue based from report on PIS/PAS during mold development.
  • Reporting to HOC on the project development for weekly updates.

My education was majoring in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) HONS in UITM Penang where I excelled in the syllabus and also extracurriculars activities.
