Muhammad Hazim Bin Mahadi

Muhammad Hazim graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical (Manufacturing). I has knowledge using in AutoCad, SolidWork, Autodesk Inverter, and can understand basic g and m codes, giving strength with me. After finish my study, I enhance my skill by joined Kedah Industrial Skills and Management Development Centre (KISMEC) on program Expert Craftsman Integrated Tooling Process. 

In those my experience, I go two place for industrial training which is one during in my diploma and degree. Both of the places where I go for industrial training was the same industry which is in manufacturing industry but different job scope. During in my diploma industrial training, I was at EPSON Precision (Johor) SDN BHD and did as production technician. I do gain a lot learning in those 4 months where I learn on machining lathe cnc where it used FANUC code. Aside that, I also learn on being cooperative with the management planner for each machine where I need to confirm and run the product by following the schedule given. On the other hand, during my degree industrial training, I was at SME Aerospace SDN BHD. I was given task being as an assistant project controller. During those 8 weeks gain new experience, in this company I learned on soft skills where I need to enhance more on talking and persuade colleague for the project that I given for. It was fun to learn and I gain a lot of confidence to talking with people in that company. I was also being handle to make the project continue successfully even though there was some delay on those project.

I started my study on 2016 which is I pursing in Diploma Mechanical Engineering at UiTM Pasir Gudang. During my study, I got learned on the basic and what is mechanical engineering. After finished my diploma, I got chances to continue on my degree which is Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical (Manufacturing) (Honours) at UiTM Pulau Penang. On my final year project, I do research about nonlinear analysis of differences static loading test material using Solidwork. On this thesis, I do some comparison of manual FEA calculation and the simulation calculation of nonlinear analysis. I found some there's some weakness on FEA calculation rather simulation calculation.
