Menara Hong Leong Damansara, Kuala Lumpur

Manage daily operation of bank office tower with a team of 9 including custodial staff and contractors/vendor to ensure smooth day to day operation of 35-storey bank with approximately 2000 staff and customers.

• Led the team to settle-in the new acquired building maintenance project.

Facilities Manager (September 2022 – August 2023)

Menara UAB & Oriental Building, Kuala Lumpur

Led a team of 10 including custodial staff and contractors/vendor to ensure smooth day to day operation of 25-storey bank with approximately 600 staff and customers.

• Led the team to fully utilize CMMS System (Urbanize) for Monthly PPM and Work Order creation on which resulted in reduction of penalties from client.

Collaborated with developers’ team and commercial counterpart to achieve balance in accommodating residence and commercial users’ satisfaction.

Liaised and coordinated with JMC Members by completing daily property operation to cater residence’s needs.   

• Complete AGM approved project of repainting whole common areas of the property
