Passionate about Change Management with 3 years of experience delivering Change Management strategies, communications, engagement plans and training programs. I have been involved in projects from various sectors, including medical technology, telecommunication and power and utility. I came from the consulting industry before I decided to join a medical equipment industry. In the corporate field, my role is to execute change initiatives for the function transition and application implementation across the organisation. This is where I did all the groundwork which include stakeholder management, champion Global Microsoft Yammer implementation, internal communication workstream in managing people's transition and training.

In my consulting career, I have contributed in change initiatives by leading the Salesforce CRM Training team in rolling out training programs, involve in the SAP programs (BPC, S/4HANA) project for business transition framework. These roles were in various industries that include telecommunications, power and utilities.

I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology with Honors in Business Management in UniKL Malaysia Italy Design Institute (UniKL MIDI).
