With over 21 years of experience in the education and personal development industry, I have honed my skills in communication, teaching, research, and coaching methodologies. As for the job opening, my experience as Manager of the Careers and Partners Division at Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College (KLMUC) is best suited for the position (of Training Operations Manager - at Health Tech Academy). I am positive that my experience in restructuring education and training programs, establishing strategic partnerships, and implementing academic quality enhancements will be resourceful.

I have 21 years of experience in education, research, and training. I have leadership experience as a director and manager at higher education institutions in Kuala Lumpur.  

I hold a PhD in HR Management specializing in Work-Life Balance. I have two master's degrees (an MBA in General Management, a MEdu in Social Foundations of Education, and a BHSc in Human Sciences focusing on Political Science.
