I have acquired Master’s in Project Management from University of Malaya (Distinction and Dean's List) and I have completed Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Curtin University, Perth Australia with (Upper 2nd Class Honours).

I have extensive working experience of 6 years in Management roles in Mining & Quarrying Industry (surface mining and mountaintop removal mining), (minerals crushing and processing plant), Premix (asphalt mixing plant) and Cement manufacturing. I have high competencies in mining optimization and execution, excellent diagnostic skills in technical problems and overseeing the maintenance of machineries and equipment, in-depth of technical and computer knowledge, extensive management, leadership and organisational skills, efficient in reporting skills with outstanding communication, and promote best practice in Health, Safety and Environment. I have acquired 5 languages including Spanish and that enables me to effectively liaise and blend with individuals at all levels.

I have performed and promote efficient sustainability reporting to adhere sustainable mining operations that integrates economic, environment, safety, community and legal framework issues, aiming to create long
term benefits to all stakeholders and support local communities. Implemented the criteria to sustainable mining practices by conducting biodiversity management, community engagement, mine rehabilitation management, water management, managing the risk of acid mine drainage and schedule waste, experienced in conducting Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) and Best Management Plan (BMP) to prevent and mitigate pollution. I am competent in conducting Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) and noise and air quality assessment. 
 

I have acquired Master's in Project Management from University Malaya conferred with Distinction & Dean's List and I have completed Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Curtin University, Perth Australia conferred with Upper 2nd Class Honours. 

I have established sustainable management in mining operations in Malaysia in collaboration with Government regularities such as (Department of Environment, Department of Minerals and Geoscience, and Forestry Department) which was approached through University Malaya as a part of my Master's Degree dissertation project and it has won a rave review in recognition by the University as this was the first initiative taken in Malaysia and will be used as a manual guide for Malaysia authorities department.
