• Job scope to ensure VDI infrastructure are in healthy and high speed state to ensure continuous operation for DELL's client 

• Working with VDI infrastructure environment absolute necessary and vital to our daily task to monitor, respond and handle critical issues involving P1 and P2 situation to ensure DELL hosted servers runs smoothly across region from APJ to NA.
• Ability to collaborate with MIM (Major incident management team) and other operation engineers to resolve critical issues.
• Our goal to ensure all the VDI pools from various clusters aee in available state for DELL clients.
• Poses knowledge of migrating VDI from one domain to another. 
• Able to troubleshoot windows 10 and 11 issues from beginner to advance problem solving method.
• Able to troubleshoot issues of MICROSOFT OFFICE related issue from beginner to advance knowledge.
• Familiar with PC & Laptop troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience in customer handling.
• Have keen interest to learn various troubleshooting knowledge.
