  • Create, implement, and manage logistics planning and warehousing programs, processes, projects, and services. Responsible for a staff of over 200 associates; 500k-square foot warehouses for both Singapore & Malaysia.

  • Develop, design and implement a long-term strategic vision of global logistics infrastructure that supports the global business.
  • Oversee and manage all logistics activities and related systems information in a 3PL, distribution center, but not limited to warehouse management, inventory control, order fulfillment and budget planning and implementation.

  • Ensured 100% on-time-delivery of annual sales revenue of USD 240 millions. 
  • Manage and control operations and budget of warehouse facilities, including the identification of opportunities for warehousing operation improvements.
  • Drive warehouse health and safety, and security programs and activities.
  • Manages and lead team for the warehouse to meet turnaround standards for receiving, issuing, picking & packing and shipping.
  • Drive lean initiative and six sigma project for end-to-end supply.
