About NILLY SYAHIRA:

Hi, I'm Nilly, 28. Experience in live editing censorship almost 6 years and half. Develop creative skill in editing and expertise handling any element censorship required. Experience in offline censorship. Can work under pressure and loved work as a team. 

Experience

I started with UDrive Media as position Junior Censorship Editor (in UnifiTv Project) since 2017 as a Part-Time and on the same year, I started working as Full-time. While i was an editor, i learn a lot about performing live censorship. Then, I was promoted as on-site Team Leader after two years. I also awarded as Best Editor several time. On 2022, i was promoted as an Executive Compliance. While in this role, i was able to handling operational work and leading in technical job. On top of that, i was able to achieve Best Performing Lower Management Level. Currently, I as a trainer for a different company but I'm still working on the same project.

Education

I studied in Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah as Information Technology (Programming) student in 2013 (Diploma)
