• Taking care of Corporate account.
• To secure bookings pertaining rooms, banquets meeting, conventions, food promotions and / or

any other occasion that can generate revenue for the Hotels.

• To perform with potential business that can generate revenue for the Hotels.
• Discuss with guest / potential clients pertaining to any bookings made and to check that such

bookings are delivered accordingly.

• Perform outstation and when required overseas sales calls. To solicit potential business.
• To maintain and develop the existing business for the hotel.
• Preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients. Prepare sales-related documents

throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders)
