Employee Relations / HR Operations
- Plan and organize effective communication to employees on company policies & procedures.
- Counselling & resolving employee grievances and administering disciplinary actions as per stated company rules & regulations.
- Conduct interviews, selection of candidates, recruitment and inductions program for new employees.
- To carryout employee engagement activities to enhance employee relations (Townhall, Birthday celebration, sports recreation etc.)
Administration
- Handling expatriate visa application for Employment Pass (EP), Professional Visit Pass (PVP), Dependent Pass (DP) and Social Visit Pass through ESD portal and with Immigration department
- Management of Foreign workers for the company related to their work schedule, payroll attendance and foreign agency invoicing.
- Administer benefits (housing and vehicle leasing) for expatriates
- Review and negotiate on contracts, agreement with service provider, foreign worker agencies, etc. and renewing of business licenses & permits of the plant.
- Management of overall Plant Administration matters of the plants.
Training & Development
- Administration and monitoring all aspect related to internal and external training management.
- Skill Matrix development for all positions to ensure the effectiveness and job efficiency of every position in the plant.
- Conduct TNA / TNI on a yearly basis.
- Organize training program identified, ensuring targeted audience and results are addressed effectively.
