• Review and negotiate on contracts, agreement with service provider, foreign worker agencies, etc. and renewing of business licenses & permits of the plant. 
• Management of overall Plant Administration matters of the plants. 

Training & Development 

• Administration and monitoring all aspect related to internal and external training management. 
• Skill Matrix development for all positions to ensure the effectiveness and job efficiency of every position in the plant. 
• Conduct TNA / TNI on a yearly basis. 
• Organize training program identified, ensuring targeted audience and results are addressed effectively.
