27 years in Human Resources field, most of my time dealing with HR SAP system mostly doing payroll and also dealing with government agencies related with it. I'm also expert in Learning and Development area from identify, arrange and also deal with relevant agencies like HRDC, NIOSH, DOSH.  In addition, I also expert dealing with Immigration,.apply working permit for expatriate. After 27 years at my current company, plus my children are all grown up, meaning more time for myself.  I would really appreciate if been  given an opportunity to work with other company, so that i contribute and share my 27 years of experience and knowledge working with petrochem manufacturing company.

1. Using SAP HR system, process.payroll for the company
2. Dealing with government agencies related to payroll e.g IRB, SOCSO

Learning and Development

1. Identify Training Needs
2. Arrange and manage training for staff .especially those required by government e.g. HRDC, NIOSH, Mykkp DOSH
3. Issue report including budget 

Immigration / MIDA

1. Apply permit for expatriate especially those technical expert needed during plant TAR/ Shutdown
