Admin excutive

• In charge of payment and invoice
  To brief customer regarding any inquiries regarding vehicle service
• To handle end of month sales report
• Answer any incoming phone calls from customer whom wish to enquire regarding the service provided.
• In charge of cash sales and petty cash money
• To ensure a happy and relaxed environment
• Greet customers with a joyful character and personality

Parts Controller

• Control and monitor purchasing credit limit monthly to ensure performance achieving the target given by the principal.
• Coordinate all storage activities to ensure parts operation availability for daily operation running smoothly.
• Handle documentation and filling system
• Follow up back-order status
• Assist in the inventory control and storage activities such as planning service parts order, checking inventory level, update records, prepare reports required by the principal, and filing
• Responsible for receiving and storage operation as well as ensuring the integrity of stock inventory
• Ensure parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping (3S)
• Conduct parts ordering based on Parts Ordering Tracking
• Sheet (POTS) and regularly update to Service Advisor upon parts arrival

Jobs Controller

• Conduct group of Technicians to handle daily operation.
• Distribute work to workshop staff.
  Guide technician in troubleshooting and rectification.
• Establish and monitor on-job trainee.
• To prepare technical report as per warranty process requirement.
• Responsible for good house-keeping of the workshop floor and its surroundings.
• To verify quality check (QC) for every vehicle worked.
• Any other Jobs assigned by the Workshop Executive.

Quality Control Officer

• Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods,such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and
  examining functionality
• Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
• Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods
• Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing 
• re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
• Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
• Proposing improvements to the production process
• Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements
• Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training
• Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
