• Process full cycle of monthly payroll based on input provided by clients.
• Provide payroll report to client before the deadline with high accuracy.
• Process payment and requirements for all statutory government bodies (LHDN, EPF, Socso & HRDF) and additional employee's salary deductions (Zakat, Tabung Haji, ASNB & PTPTN).
• Chase clients on payroll fund and ensure to release all payments before the deadline.
• Prepare and submit new hire and resignation requirements such as CP22, CP22A, Socso registration in Assist Portal, etc.
• Prepare monthly bill for clients every end of month.
• Assist clients in payroll audit exercise and handle tax clearance.
• Prepare yearly EA Form and E Form.
• Handle e-document website for employee easy access to e-documents such as payslip and EA Form.
• Update filing and return file documents to client's office upon client's confirmation or requisition.
• Update and advice clients on changes to new statutory rules and regulations.
• Carry out ad hoc as and when required.

• Process statutory payment and liaise with government department regarding statutory issues (EPF, Socso and LHDN).
